Santa to Visit COTC and Ohio State Newark

November 20, 2006- Newark, OH- Children who want to give Santa their last minute wish lists will have the opportunity to visit with him on Friday, December 1 from 7-8 pm in the Reese Center at Central Ohio Technical College and The Ohio State University at Newark.  Families are invited to attend this free event where wintertime treats will be served while children visit with Santa.  The Santa visit will be followed by a concert performed by the University Chorus.
 

 The halls of the Reese Center will be decked and the Christmas tree trimmed, welcoming children and their families in from the cold wintry night.  From 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Santa will be available to visit with children one-on-one, while hot chocolate and cookies, among other treats, will be served.
 

 The University Chorus will begin singing at 8:00 pm in the Reese Auditorium.  They will perform holiday music and traditional seasonal songs.
