Corri's Top Ten - 2007/2008
1.
iGoogle – All of my
online
information is one location on the Web and I access anywhere --
bookmarks, notes, email, rss feeds, and great widgets!
2.
SKYPE – Free communication tool that
I rely on heavily at work.
3.
WordPress – I use this to
maintain my blog. Love the clean interface, user-friendly, and good
support.
4.
Adobe PDF – This tool
ranks near the top of my list. Love “printing” something off the web to read on my computer desktop at a
later time.
5.
Jing - Free, beta tool for
computer screen capture and video. It's a TechSmith product and I love
it for creating very short, simple explanation videos.
6.
PB Wiki - My wiki of choice!
7.Linked in – Social
networking tool that I learned about from Penelope Trunk. It’s great
tool for networking that I would like to find time to use more.
8.
Picnik - Simple, solid photo editing
tool.
9.
MS Word –
I admit it, I use this tool
as the starting place for just about anything I write. From storyboards
to brainstorming lists to formal papers, I open a new MS Word doc to
begin.
10. .Mac Account - I've got
to say I love my .Mac account for maintaining my personal webpage and
sharing photos, documents, etc. I use both Mac and Windows machines so
it's not just because it's an Apple product!
