  • March 9, 3:30-5 PM: Gleb Tsipursky, Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University at Newark, will be presenting "Jazzin' Up the USSR: Youth, Fun, and Popular Culture in the Early Cold War," at the History Department's Seminar in Russian, East European, and Eurasian History. This presentation will be at the Columbus campus, 156 University Hall. It is co-sponsored by the History Department "Politics, Culture, and Society" and "Human Conflict, Peace, and Diplomacy" Constellations.   • April 26, 5:30-8 PM: Joan Neuberger, Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, will be presenting "The History of Soviet Film," sponsored by the History Department and the Cultural Arts and Events Committee. The talk will be at the Warner Center platform area (Warner 126)
