Access the Internet/ Show PowerPoint/ Use Other Programs on the Computer:

1.      Connect the power cable and VGA cable as shown in the picture. 

2.      Turn your laptop on and open the application you want to show, i.e. PowerPoint, internet, etc.

3.      Turn on the Main Power by pressing access code -1379-on the screen. 

4.      Turn on the document camera using the switch on the right.

5.      Press Install Laptop on the top section of the screen.

6.      Press Transmit on the screen and the document camera should show on the wall screen.

7. To project from the laptop, hit int/ext on the document camera and you should see your desktop displayed on the wall screen.

4. Turn on the main power by pressing the main power button.     

The projector should automatically turn on and the screen should come down to the proper length.  If not, use the buttons above and or below the main power button to turn on the projector or adjust the screen.

6. Log into the computer by Clicking OK when the screen asks for a password – no need to enter a password.

When the start up screen appears, click on the application that you wish to run, i.e. Explorer to access the Internet, PowerPoint, etc.

Play a VCR tape:

1. Turn on the Main Power Switch and the projector (See instructions above)

2. Press the VCR button on the screen, then press the

      Send Image To Projector button.

3.   Press play on the VCR

Use the Document Camera (Elmo):

     1.  Turn on the Elmo using the button on 

           the top right hand corner.

2.   Press the Laptop button on the screen, 

            then press the

     Send Image To Projector button.
